Good working knowledge of productivity tools and keyboarding skills. Detail oriented. Strong working knowledge of updated Microsoft based programs. Ability to interact with the public courteously and work harmoniously with colleagues. Ability to make responsible decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations promptly. Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with the Board of Education’s policy on evaluation of classified personnel. Job Duties: Greet visitors and volunteers while maintaining school safety. Maintain student attendance and parent communication. Update enrollment numbers and classroom counts. Keep updated records of staff key cards and/or classroom keys. Assist with transportation requests and maintenance work orders. Update the schedule of appointments and maintain files for the principal and staff. Prepare requests for Purchase Orders and follow through with the order until received. Maintain Timeclock/payroll adjustments for certified and classified staff. Attend classes/training/office professional meetings needed to keep informed of district resources and guidelines. Manage substitute requests and scheduling. Knowledge of school accounts and spending. Any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
